Since 1986 we open Trainings, consultings and coachings on the topic PWS, Personal Working Skills. The TSL-Team consists of 13 trainers. We are working Europe-wide. Our company is located in the northern part of Germany, in Buxtehude near Hamburg.

Our goal is to encourage each person to optimize his or her own skills in everyday work during presentations, meetings, on the phone or in communication-processes.

Our participants recognize the need of longlife-learning. Our common goal is to become better and better and to optimize own abilities.

Tips, tricks, best practice methods and sharing ideas is the center of our work.

Our trainings and seminars are provided with the newest skills of learning psychology, they are interaktive, motivating and varied.
